Turkish Company Karmod Introduces Rapid-Deployment Modular Offices

(MENAFN) According to reports, Turkish modular construction firm Karmod Kabin has unveiled ready-to-use office units designed for deployment in remote and open-field work environments, offering fully operational facilities immediately upon delivery.

The company said its prefabricated office structures can be installed and made functional on the same day they arrive at a site. The units, which can reach up to 54 square meters in size, are engineered for transport on a single truck, making them suitable for locations with limited infrastructure access.

Karmod Kabin General Manager Zekai Kucuk explained that the company’s “Metropol” office model is intended for use in sectors such as dam construction, mining, forestry operations, and protected natural areas. He described the units as durable mobile workspaces designed for long-term field use.

Kucuk noted that the entire manufacturing process is completed in controlled factory conditions, including installation of walls, roofing, insulation, and internal electrical and plumbing systems. This approach eliminates the need for on-site construction and helps address labor shortages often encountered in remote regions.

He added that the structures are built with light steel framing and are largely recyclable, with compatibility for renewable energy systems such as solar and wind power.

According to the company, the modular offices are designed for easy transportation and rapid setup, with multiple size options available. Once placed on site, the units are immediately operational, providing fully equipped workspace solutions for field-based projects.
